About this opportunity

Paragraph 1:

Gwinnett County, Georgia is seeking proposals for the "Provision and Implementation of a Taxpayer Interactive Website Portal on an Annual Contract" (RFP RP035-24). The county is looking to obtain a cloud-based, software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that will enhance the Tax Assessor's Office website to provide a user-friendly experience for customers. Key requirements include allowing users to complete and submit forms online, access appraisal history and property comparisons, accommodate batch filing of appeals, and support customizable reporting and analytics. Proposals are due by 2:50 PM local time on August 22, 2024, and a mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 1, 2024. The selected vendor will be required to integrate the solution with Gwinnett County's current Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) system.

Paragraph 2:

The RFP does not mention any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. It is also unclear if there is an incumbent vendor or current contractor providing these services. The RFP provides detailed pricing tables covering one-time and recurring costs over a five-year period, but does not specify an award value or budget range. Submittals from firms currently on the Gwinnett County ineligible source list will not be considered.
