The contractor must achieve substantial completion within 210 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, with liquidated damages of $250 per day for delays beyond this timeline. Bidders must submit a 5% bid bond with proposals and, upon award, provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. Six unit price allowances in the base bid address potential replacement of damaged wood blocking, metal form decking, lightweight concrete deck, and gypsum deck; contractors must maintain daily logs of all unit price work performed.
