Robot Coupe Industrial Sized Food Processor

Greene County, Ohio is seeking to procure a Robot Coupe Blixer 4 food processor for the Cambridge Developmental Center located at 66737 Toland Drive in Cambridge, OH. The solicitation specifically requests the acquisition of an industrial-sized food processing machine with precise specifications, including a 4.5 Qt. capacity, 1.5 HP motor, and capability to process between 0.75 to 6.5 lbs per operation. The procurement is designed for transforming cooked or raw ingredients into texture-modified meals in a commercial kitchen setting. The solicitation was posted on September 19, 2025, with proposals due by October 7, 2025. The equipment must meet specific technical requirements, including a single-phase 120V/60/1 electrical configuration, an industrial direct-drive induction motor, stainless-steel motor shaft, and a magnetic safety system with thermal failsafe and motor brake. The food processor must also include standard attachments such as a bowl with lid, bowl scraper arm, lid wiper, and a blade assembly with fine-serrated stainless-steel blades.

While no specific set-aside designations or vendor restrictions are explicitly noted in the documentation, the procurement appears to be a straightforward equipment purchase for a state developmental center. The Robot Coupe Blixer 4 is ETL electrical and sanitation listed for Canadian use, weighs 34 lbs, and has a 95% recyclability rate. The equipment's technical specifications suggest it is intended for high-volume, intensive food preparation environments. No specific budget range or award value is provided in the available documentation. The procurement is limited to the specific food processor model and is targeted for delivery to the Cambridge Developmental Center, indicating a focused, single-source procurement for a specialized piece of food processing equipment.
