No incumbent vendor is mentioned, and no specific budget range or estimated total contract value is provided in the documentation. The State of Rhode Island reserves the right to make single or multiple awards and may reject any or all bids at its discretion. Notably, the solicitation strictly limits reimbursement to parts and labor, explicitly excluding travel expenses, meals, mileage, and other out-of-pocket costs.
