About this opportunity

The City of Fort Worth is requesting quotes for golf course supplies for the Park and Recreation Department on an as-needed basis, with quotes due October 20, 2026. A Small Business Enterprise (SBE) certification preference applies: SBE-certified firms receive a 5% bid preference on contracts up to $100,000 and face a 30% utilization target on contracts exceeding $100,000; eligible SBE businesses must maintain a principal place of business in Tarrant, Wise, Johnson, Parker, or Denton County.

The scope covers six product categories: USGA-regulation flagsticks, putting cups, foam plugs, and custom golf flags; professional hole-cutting assemblies and related equipment; on-course signage, rope, stakes, and yardage markers; high-visibility marking paint and bunker rakes; clubhouse support equipment including ball washers and water coolers; and related services. Bidders must demonstrate a minimum of five years' experience providing golf course or driving range supplies and maintain a full-time, permanent business address with email and telephone capabilities.

Delivery is required to three golf courses—Pecan Valley, Meadowbrook, and Rockwood—within seven calendar days of purchase order receipt, with delivery windows 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The initial contract term is one year with up to four one-year renewal options, contingent on 90-day non-renewal notice from either party. The City reserves the right to make multiple awards to ensure adequate requirement coverage and will award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder determined in the City's best interest.

All freight and delivery costs must be included in unit pricing. The City permits semi-annual price adjustment requests limited to the Producer Price Index rate, with requests due at least 30 days before the effective period. Payment terms are Net 30 Days. Bidders must submit completed RFQt-01 forms, a completed bid table, and an SBE Certificate if applicable, via the Euna Portal. The period of acceptance extends 90 calendar days following opening.
