Construction will occur primarily during third shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.), with early work including carpet, flooring, and roof replacement scheduled for Summer 2027 and stair construction beginning November 2027.

The Guaranteed Maximum Price is $23.185 million over a construction duration of 485 calendar days, with liquidated damages of $2,000 per day for late completion.
