Potential future work encompasses municipal building renovations, park and playground improvements, street and streetscape improvements, and infrastructure and utility replacement projects.

Respondents must submit three hard copies and one electronic copy of qualifications, along with a standardized schedule of fees broken down by professional service type, job titles, and hourly rates. Evaluation emphasizes relevant project experience (20%), staff resumes (20%), local presence (20%), response completeness and clarity (20%), references (10%), and cost schedule (10%). The City reserves the right to select multiple firms based on specialized expertise and to reject any or all submissions.

Selected firms must carry commercial general liability insurance of $1 million per occurrence / $2 million aggregate; professional liability insurance of $1 million per occurrence / $2 million aggregate; workers' compensation; automobile liability; and $5 million in commercial umbrella coverage.
