The City of Gordon is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all project activities must comply with fair housing requirements, Americans with Disabilities Act provisions, and applicable federal and state regulations. The project is funded contingent upon the award of CDBG funding, which is administered through the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. No specific budget ranges or award values are published in the solicitation materials; instead, proposals should include detailed cost schedules for general and additional services, reimbursable expense fees, and a professional services contract structured as direct costs plus a fixed fee not to exceed a specified lump sum amount.
