About this opportunity
The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) has issued a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) Enterprise Advantage Program (EEAP) services. The EEAP provides annual software support services designed to enable enterprise-wide visioning and geospatial capabilities through technical advisory, an annual planning meeting, a technical work plan, and access to quarterly technology webcasts. The services also include premium support and training credits. The anticipated contract term is one year from July 15, 2024 to July 14, 2025. The RFQ requires bidders to be authorized ESRI resellers, and bids will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis for administrative requirements and on technical requirements. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder meeting the mandatory requirements after the application of any applicable small business or disabled veteran business enterprise (DVBE) preferences.
DWR has elected to waive the DVBE participation requirements for this solicitation, but bidders may voluntarily commit to DVBE subcontractor participation to receive an incentive during the evaluation. The RFQ response is due on June 28, 2024, by 2:00 p.m. PT, and the pricing terms include the right for DWR to amend the contract for time and increase the contract value by up to ten percent (10%) above the Contractor's Subtotal Offer for Unanticipated Tasks related to the original Statement of Work.
