About this file

This document is an Addendum to a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the California Department of Water Resources for ESRI Enterprise Advantage Program (EEAP) Services. The RFQ requests quotes for EEAP renewal, including 100 Learning and Service Credits and 100 Technical Advisor Hours, as well as additional quantities of 100 Learning and Service Credits and 100 Technical Advisor Hours. The RFQ response is due on June 28, 2024, by 2:00 p.m. PT. Bidders must submit their Cost Worksheet in a separate sealed envelope, and the actual costs quoted shall be binding for the term of the agreement.

The pricing terms include the right for the Department of Water Resources to amend the contract for time and increase the contract value by up to ten percent (10%) above the Contractor's Subtotal Offer for Unanticipated Tasks related to the original Statement of Work. Bidders are required to complete each item, and insertion of "N/A" or failure to indicate a dollar amount in any item will be grounds to reject the quote. A zero ($0.00) amount listed for any and all items will be interpreted as the firm agreeing to perform such services at no cost to the State.
