RFP - Audio Visual Services to Support ARC¿s ConnectATL 2024 Event

The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide audio-visual production services for their ConnectATL 2024 event, which is a one-day, in-person event taking place on July 25, 2024 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Fulton County, Georgia. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for full production management, including audio, lighting, video, and stage design services for the main ballroom and two breakout rooms. Proposals are due by 5:00 pm EDT on May 31, 2024, and ARC anticipates making a selection in late May 2024. The successful contractor(s) must be prepared to begin work immediately, with all post-event work completed by July 31, 2024. ARC has set a budget not to exceed $25,000 and encourages respondents to propose discounted or complimentary services in exchange for sponsorship status. Proposals will be evaluated based on provider capabilities, technical approach, cost proposal, and references.

The RFP does not specify any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. ARC reserves the right to award the contract(s) to one or more contractors to meet the needs of the event. The RFP does not mention any incumbent vendors or current contractors, nor does it indicate the existence of any specific infrastructure or technology that requires integration.
