Walker County will retain 10 percent of each payment until final completion and acceptance. The awarded contract was made to HL Management Service LLC d/b/a HL Construction of Cleveland, Tennessee, in the amount of $50,408.00, which was determined to be the lowest and most responsive proposal received from four total submissions.
