Vendors must provide equipment, freight, delivery, inside installation, removal of existing equipment, and disposal as firm, fixed-price deliverables. Deliveries are restricted to Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The estimated contract value is $360,000 with payment terms Net 30.
The contract term runs from award through August 31, 2027, with one renewal option available.
