The solicitation indicates an Equal Opportunity approach with no specific set-aside designations for disadvantaged businesses. Work will be performed Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., with monthly property inspections and potential for additional work bidding. The bid form requires contractors to provide lump sum pricing for mowing, annual mulch application, and quarterly flower/plant installation. The contract includes provisions for annual pricing reviews based on market conditions, particularly fuel costs, which require mutual agreement for any adjustments. While specific budget ranges are not explicitly detailed, contractors will submit comprehensive pricing for the full scope of maintenance services. Monthly inspections and performance evaluations will be conducted to ensure adherence to the contract's detailed maintenance specifications and service standards.
