Bidders must submit responses exclusively through the Commonwealth's eProcurement system by August 28, 2025, at 1:30 P.M. Eastern Time, with a mandatory site visit scheduled for August 14, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time. A public bid reading will occur on August 28, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time via conference call. All prospective bidders must register in the Vendor Self Service (VSS) System at https://vss.ky.gov prior to submission, allowing 24 to 48 hours for account activation, and must obtain complete project plans and specifications from https://www.stateofkyplanroom.com through Lynn Imaging at no charge. All procurement inquiries must be directed to Purchasing Agent Janis Wilhoite at janis.wilhoite@ky.gov or (502) 401-6239.
