The procurement involves interior fitup of two classroom spaces in Richmond, Kentucky, designed to represent courtroom settings, with deliverables including built-in casework, carpet installation, ceiling modifications, window treatments, portable visual display systems, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Specific FF&E requirements include ULTRA Fabrics BRISA chairs in Caramel finish, AGATI Brown Courtroom Suite furnishings in Tuscan Walnut finish, state flags, and state seals. All casework must meet Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI) requirements, and bidders are responsible for field verification of existing conditions, including measurements. A mandatory site visit was held on November 14, 2024, at 10:00 AM ET at the Funderbunk Building Lobby, 4449 Kit Carson Drive, Richmond, Kentucky, with representatives from EOP Architects available to meet interested contractors. Bids are due November 26, 2024, at 1:30 PM ET, with a public bid reading via conference call at 2:30 PM ET on the same date. All submissions must be made exclusively through the Commonwealth's eProcurement system (Vendor Self Service) as a single combined PDF containing the Official Bid Document and any required Bid Bond; postal, courier, and hand-delivered submissions will not be accepted.
