Service charges are billed quarterly in advance directly to billing addresses or property owners, with excess volumes, White Goods, and E-Waste collections billed separately with payment due within fifteen days.
Insurance requirements include comprehensive general liability of $2 million per occurrence, automobile liability of $2 million per occurrence, and umbrella coverage of $5 million. A $5,000 proposal security deposit is required with submission.
