A single prime contract delivery method will be used, and bonding of $1.5 million is acceptable for prequalification purposes. The Town reserves the right to request additional information from applicants, including financial statements, proof of applicable licenses, certification status, safety and drug/alcohol programs, and certificates of insurance, and may reject any or all prequalifications. Financial documents may be submitted under separate cover to ensure confidentiality. Denied applicants may file a written protest within three business days of the denial notice for review and determination. The estimated budget and detailed restoration/renovation drawings will not be provided during the pre-qualification phase, and construction administration will be conducted through the project architect with no separate owner's representative firm involved.
