About this opportunity
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is requesting bids on repair and parts services for a sheet ironer at the Richmond State Supported Living Center under IFB HHS0017554v2, with bids due July 17, 2026.
Bidders must submit Exhibit A (HHS Solicitation Affirmations), Exhibit C (Pricing Sheet), Exhibit C-1 (Supplemental Pricing Sheet), Exhibit D (Bidder Reference and Qualifications), Exhibit F (Application for Texas Identification Number if required), and acknowledgment of any addenda. Failure to submit Exhibit C and Exhibit A will result in disqualification. All pricing must be in U.S. dollars and all-inclusive for monthly repair services as outlined in the Scope of Work.
Bidders must provide monthly labor costs and parts pricing for sheet ironer maintenance and repair on an as-needed basis. The solicitation requires bidders to demonstrate financial capability, solvency, and capacity to fulfill all requirements, supported by relevant experience, documented references, and technical qualifications for sheet ironer equipment repair and parts sourcing.
HHS Solicitation Affirmations require respondents to certify compliance with Texas-specific statutory and regulatory requirements, including E-Verify utilization, franchise tax compliance, suspension and debarment status, child support obligations, human trafficking prohibition, Buy Texas preferences, TX-RAMP cloud computing security standards, non-ownership or control by foreign adversary nations, and disclosure of artificial intelligence system usage. The affirmations apply to all principals, officers, directors, shareholders, partners, owners, agents, employees, and subcontractors.
Bids may be submitted electronically through the optional HHS Online Bid Room (requiring IAMOnline account registration and Agency Sponsor approval) or delivered in person to the Texas HHS Procurement and Contracting Services office at 1100 West 49th Street, Austin, Texas during business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays). Late submissions are not accepted regardless of method. Technical difficulties with the optional electronic submission system do not constitute valid grounds for protest. Contact: Kimberly Andrews at HHS Purchasing for general questions.
