Delivery is required in three phases: quantities by September 15, 2011; additional quantities by October 15, 2011; and further quantities by November 15, 2011, with all freight and delivery charges prepaid to 125 Kansas Road, Limestone, Maine 04750.

This is a one-time purchase. Evaluation criteria are quality, conformity to specifications, purpose for use, and delivery date. Unit prices must be submitted for each item and include all transportation charges. The State is exempt from Federal and Maine State Sales and Use Taxes. Cash discounts of 20 days or more will be considered in evaluation; discounts under 20 days will not be considered. The Division reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by up to 10 percent, reject any or all quotes, and accept items individually or as a group. Contract award is contingent upon successful screening through the Federal Excluded Parties List System and provision of required eligibility certifications, including complete legal company name, DUNS number, and CAGE code where applicable. The State participates in the Buy American Act and may require certification prior to award. Electronic submission is required, closing at 2:00 p.m. local time on August 12, 2011.
