Purchase of hudl athletic video analysis, athlete tracking, streaming, ticketing, and performance management platform, including titan wearable technology, cameras, software subscriptions, and related support services.

New Mexico Military Institute is soliciting a sole-source purchase of HUDL SHARE, a cloud-based athletic video analysis, athlete tracking, streaming, ticketing, and performance management platform, along with Titan wearable technology, cameras, software subscriptions, and support services, with proposals due October 29, 2026. This is a sole-source procurement with HUDL SHARE as the designated contractor.

The scope includes the HUDL SHARE platform (cloud-based video analysis, athlete tracking, streaming, and ticketing), Titan wearable technology, associated cameras, software subscriptions, and related support services. A Service Level Agreement is required as part of the submission given the cloud-based software licensing nature of the services.

The contract value is $30,000 before tax, with estimated tax subject to change. The initial term is one year from execution, with options to renew annually under New Mexico Statute 13-1-150 NMSA 1978, not to exceed four total years unless otherwise approved by amendment or statute.

The prospective contractor is HUDL SHARE (vendor number 0002960), located at 600 P Street, Suite 400, Lincoln, Nebraska. Agency Chief Procurement Officer Jessica Collier is the primary contact. The sole source determination is not effective until the request has been posted for thirty calendar days without protest and subsequently approved in writing by the State Purchasing Agent.
