The contractor must comply with the Operations and Maintenance Manual (Attachment 1) and must furnish all materials, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary for GETS operations, including special waste disposal with required permits.

The contractor must have three years' experience in GETS operation and maintenance, site inspection, reporting, remote monitoring, and emergency response coordination. Pricing shall be firm and fixed on Exhibit C, itemizing labor by classification and hourly rates, equipment and materials by unit price, and utilities as incurred. The contractor must invoice monthly and submit quarterly progress reports within 30 calendar days of quarter end.

The contract period is one year from the effective date, with the Division of Purchasing retaining the right to renew for three additional one-year periods at its sole discretion. The incumbent contractor operates under contract number CS202656001.
