Existing storm drain and pump infrastructure must be protected in place. The CAPSTC Facility is located at 25950 E Quincy Avenue, Aurora, CO 80016.

The estimated project cost ranges from $250,000 to $320,000. Contract time for completion is 60 consecutive calendar days plus 10 consecutive calendar days for mobilization from the Notice to Proceed, with liquidated damages of $1,000 per day for failure to meet the deadline. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder must execute a Performance and Payment Bond and provide insurance certificates within ten calendar days of the Notice of Award. Partial progress payments will be made at 95% of work completed with 5% retainage. All bids remain subject to acceptance by the City for sixty calendar days following bid opening.

Written questions are due October 22, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Bid submissions are electronic through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (BidNet), with bids to be read aloud thirty minutes after closing via Microsoft Teams. Addenda and modifications are posted exclusively on BidNet.
