No bidder conferences, site visits, or separate award dates are specified in the procurement documents.

This procurement is structured as a single-source purchase authorization, which means it is restricted to the Public Health Accreditation Board as the sole provider. The procurement is being pursued to ensure the Department complies with Florida Statutes Sections 154.01, 154.011, and 381.001. No set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises or other organizational restrictions are indicated in the available documentation. The estimated budget for this procurement is $40,000.00 for the one-year term.
