The contract will be a three-year agreement to produce items such as books, tip cards, posters, postcards, and door hangers to support FDOT's safety campaigns. Estimated quantities range from 1,000 to 300,000 units per campaign, with minimum quantities of 5,000 for the ongoing Target Zero and Alert Today Alive Tomorrow campaigns. Bids are due on May 13, 2022, and the intended award will be posted on May 17, 2022. FDOT reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsive bidder across all items or on a geographical district basis. Pricing must be firm, net, and delivered F.O.B. statewide, including to governmental entities, schools, and non-profit organizations in Florida. FDOT encourages the use of recycled content materials and will give preference to vendors with a drug-free workplace program.
There are no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond to this solicitation. FDOT does not list any incumbent vendors or current contractors, and there are no specific requirements for integration with existing infrastructure or technology. The budget range for this contract is not provided, but the award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
