Each successful provider receives the same not-to-exceed amount per year based on the number of expected applicants. Multiple awards are anticipated. The initial contract term runs October 19, 2026, through October 18, 2027, with the City holding the option to extend for up to four additional one-year terms. Applicants must comply with HIPAA requirements, Philadelphia tax clearance, political contribution disclosure, and 21st Century Minimum Wage and Benefits Standards.
