Proposals will be publicly opened on September 24, 2025, at 3:00 pm through the Bonfire portal, with a requested delivery date of December 1, 2025. Bidders must comply with E-Verify requirements, anti-discrimination policies, and provide comprehensive insurance coverage, including Workers' Compensation, Commercial General Liability, Commercial Automobile Liability, and Professional Liability with specific minimum coverage limits. While no specific budget range is explicitly stated, the procurement requires vendors to provide competitive pricing that includes all associated delivery and installation costs. Proposers must be authorized to do business in North Carolina and submit bids from insurance companies permitted to operate in the state. The county reserves the right to reject any proposal, cancel the RFP, or negotiate terms as deemed in its best interest, emphasizing a transparent and fair procurement process that prioritizes quality, performance capabilities, and suitability for the intended use.
