Services are required across seven primary facilities: Hemphill Water Treatment Plant, Chattahoochee Water Treatment Plant, Utoy Creek Water Reclamation Center, South River Water Reclamation Center, RM Clayton Water Reclamation Center, Intrenchment Creek Water Reclamation Center, and multiple pumping stations and combined sewer overflow facilities throughout Atlanta. Emergency response must be within 24 hours; corrective maintenance within 14 days.
