Bidders must submit a bid security of 10% of the total bid price and provide municipal government references demonstrating previous experience with similar projects. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award contracts to different bidders for individual items, suggesting flexibility in the procurement approach. While a specific budget range is not explicitly stated, the comprehensive nature of the lighting system upgrade implies a significant investment in modernizing the performing arts center's technical capabilities.
