The scope covers concrete spall and delamination repairs, regrading, expansion joint installation, joint recaulking, and crystalline sealant application on the upper three decks of a four-level structure built in 2009 (77,667 square feet, 169 stalls). The parking facility will remain in continuous use during construction, requiring phased access. Work is performed at the Greenwich Public Safety Complex facility in Connecticut.

Connecticut prevailing wage rates apply per General Statutes Section 31-53.
Pricing must be submitted as a lump sum bid inclusive of all shipping, delivery, installation, labor, insurance, permits, and other associated expenses, delivered FOB destination with no applicable federal or state taxes. Bidders must provide a 5% bid bond; the selected contractor will furnish Performance, Maintenance, and Payment Bond for the full contract amount within seven days of award for contracts exceeding $100,000. Liquidated damages are $500 per 24 hours after 30 days of the proposed deadline, escalating to $2,000 per 24 hours after 120 days.
Insurance requirements include General Liability ($2,000,000 minimum), Comprehensive Automobile Liability ($2,000,000), and Excess Liability ($5,000,000). Non-resident contractors must obtain verification from the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services if the contract exceeds $200,000. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is scheduled for July 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the parking structure.
