Written submittals will be evaluated by June 18, 2026, followed by presentations and interviews for shortlisted firms at a date and location to be determined. The contract is a one-time engagement effective upon execution and continuing until project completion and acceptance, with a 270-calendar-day completion timeline from the Notice to Proceed and liquidated damages of $1,685 per day for failure to complete within 90 days of that timeline.
This procurement has no identified set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises, though the solicitation documents do not explicitly restrict participation by any organization category. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are listed for this project. The City's project budget is one million dollars, with compensation to be determined through contract negotiations with the top-ranked firm based on a fee schedule submitted after selection. The contractor must obtain a bid guarantee equal to five percent of the total bid amount and a performance and payment bond equal to one hundred percent of the contract amount. Payment will be made on a Net 30-day basis in accordance with the Florida Prompt Payment Act. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, cancel the contract at any time, and all proposals will become public records upon submission.
