Vendors must submit pricing for aggregate monthly maintenance rates, aggregate testing service rates for water and wastewater parameters, and a fixed percentage markup or discount not exceeding 15% on parts and equipment. Labor rates must include travel, tools, equipment, and supplies with no separate charges permitted. Bid security of $500.00 is required. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contract may be used by other New York State local governments and school districts under General Municipal Law 103.

Insurance requirements include Worker's Compensation, Disability, and Liability Insurance.
