The Kansas Department of Administration, Office of Procurement and Contracts is issuing an Invitation for Bid for statewide on-call concrete placement, repair, and delivery services, with bids due July 15, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. CDT. Bidders must request an official invitation to participate at least 24 hours before the closing deadline. Preference programs are available for Certified Businesses, Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses, and State Use Purchases; qualifying bidders must submit supporting documentation. The scope covers concrete services delivered on a quote-based, as-needed basis in accordance with Kansas Department of Transportation specifications. Individual project values typically range from $1,000 to $100,000, with a maximum allowable contract value per project of $250,000.
