About this opportunity
The Minnesota Department of Administration is requesting proposals for office supplies to serve state agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture members, with proposals due July 23, 2026 through the SWIFT Supplier Portal.
The contractor must provide a comprehensive line of office supplies at contracted pricing through an online ordering system with delivery throughout Minnesota. The awardee must establish and maintain a punch-out catalog integrated with the State's eProcurement system, enabling real-time display of pricing, inventory, and product availability; support order processing, fulfillment, and customer service; and maintain sufficient staffing and resources for contract administration. The punch-out functionality will feed shopping carts directly into the State's requisition workflow, reducing administrative overhead and enabling spend-data collection for analysis.
The contract term runs September 2026 through August 2027, with options to extend up to an additional 48 months in increments determined by the State. Questions are due July 13, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Central Time and must be submitted in writing to Molly Gunderson. Responses must be submitted electronically through SWIFT; non-electronic and email submissions will not be accepted.
