About this opportunity

The State of Idaho Division of Purchasing, on behalf of the Idaho Office of Drug Policy, is soliciting bids for ongoing, as-needed printing services under ITB 1368, with bids due October 8, 2026 and questions due September 24. The Idaho Reciprocal Preference Law applies, adding 10% to bids for printing produced outside Idaho for evaluation purposes only.

The scope encompasses marketing, administrative, and operational printing including brochures, rack cards, booklets, stickers, flyers, magnets, folders, posters, retractable banners, wall clings, and table tents. All materials must meet detailed specifications for dimensions, paper weight, binding methods, coating finishes, and resolution standards. Bidders must submit physical samples of stickers and booklets by 5:00 p.m. MT on the closing date to the Division of Purchasing office in Boise. Delivery locations include the Idaho RADAR Center at Boise State University and the Office of Drug Policy in downtown Boise.

The contract carries an initial one-year term with anticipated renewal for up to five years total. The contractor must finalize specifications and pricing within two business days of order receipt and deliver materials within five to ten business days on an F.O.B. Destination freight-prepaid basis. A minimum one-year warranty on printed materials and forty-eight-hour response time for customer support communications are required.

Pricing must be submitted through Submittal Form B with all costs firm for the initial one-year term. Price adjustments may be considered twice annually thereafter with ninety days' notice and supporting documentation of industry-wide increases. All bids must be submitted electronically through the IPRO eProcurement system; late submissions will not be accepted. The State will award the contract to the responsive and responsible bidder with the lowest total estimated cost and reserves the right to request Best and Final Offers.
