Substantial completion is required within 300 days; full completion within 365 days. The bid guarantee is 10% of the total bid price, with a minimum of $500 and maximum of $20,000. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond equal to 100% of the contract price and provide certificates of insurance: general liability of not less than $2 million per occurrence, worker's compensation with New Jersey statutory limits and employer's liability of $1 million, automobile liability of $1 million, and excess liability of $5 million.
Prospective bidders must download specifications and all addenda from www.bidnetdirect.com; failure to acknowledge receipt of addenda results in bid rejection.
