Sealed bids will be received at Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan, UT 84639, until Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. local time, at which point bids will be publicly opened and read, with no pre-bid conference scheduled.

The project is funded in whole or in part through a Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, which establishes specific compliance requirements and employment opportunities for lower-income persons and small businesses. Local, minority-owned, and woman-owned business enterprises are actively encouraged to submit bids for this opportunity. The project's total anticipated bid price is approximately $90,000, and the lowest responsible bidder will be selected for award.
