A Consent to Search form (Exhibit G) is also required. Exhibit E establishes conditions and compliance requirements for any contract performance or product delivery occurring outside the United States, including jurisdictional, regulatory, insurance, bonding, and dispute-resolution provisions.
Insurance requirements from Attachment 2 include workers' compensation (if applicable), commercial general liability ($1 million per occurrence / $1 million general aggregate), and automobile liability ($1 million combined single limit if driving on state property). All insurance must be primary over state coverage, name the State as an additional insured, come from carriers rated A.M.
