About this opportunity
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office for Administration and Finance Operational Services Division is soliciting bids on lawns and grounds equipment, parts, and services under statewide contract LND001, with proposals due October 2, 2026. This Notice of Intent signals replacement of the existing FAC116 contract and will be posted to COMMBUYS in June 2026.
The scope covers agricultural and forestry machinery, lawnmowers, golf carts, truck tractors, product and material trailers, and facility equipment repair and maintenance services across specified UNSPSC commodity codes. Bid submissions are required through COMMBUYS.
A web-based bidders' conference will be held in July 2026 by the Strategic Sourcing Team to present general solicitation information to prospective vendors. Pre-solicitation inquiries should be directed to Sean Corbin; post-solicitation questions must be submitted through the COMMBUYS Q&A portal. Prospective bidders are encouraged to register for COMMBUYS email notifications to track amendments and the full solicitation posting. The Operational Services Division also offers vendor training courses, guidance on the Supplier Diversity Program, and Environmentally Preferable Products procurement resources. The OSD Help Desk (OSDHelpDesk@mass.gov) supports COMMBUYS technical assistance.
