About this opportunity
The University of Texas System Supply Chain Alliance is soliciting proposals through Request for Proposal (RFP) UTS/A127 to select one or more Preferred Suppliers to provide a comprehensive, cloud-hosted Content Services Platform (CSP) delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. The procurement is being conducted by The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center through its Jaggaer e-Sourcing tool, with the RFP documents becoming available for download during the week of April 1, 2026. The CSP solution must be cloud-hosted and delivered via SaaS model to serve Alliance Members and Affiliates across the University of Texas System. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for April 15, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. CT via Zoom, though attendance is not mandatory. The proposal submission deadline is May 15, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. CT, with submission required exclusively through the Jaggaer e-Sourcing tool; proposals that are only partially uploaded by the deadline will not be accepted. Prospective suppliers must register in advance in Jaggaer, and companies with previous registrations should update their profiles with current contact information.
The solicitation announcement does not specify set-aside designations, restrictions on organization types, disadvantaged enterprise requirements, incumbent vendors, or existing technology integration requirements. No budget range or award value is disclosed in the available documentation. Interested vendors should register in the Jaggaer system and may contact The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center's Supply Chain Management Help Desk for technical assistance at SupplyChainHelpdesk@mdanderson.org, (713) 745-7997, or through Jaggaer supplier support at (800) 233-1121 or https://www.jaggaer.com/supplier-support/. Additional RFP details, including evaluation criteria, deliverables, key objectives, and required qualifications, are available within the RFP documents once published in the Jaggaer system under Settings & Content / Questions.
