All electrical items must meet OSHA standards and bear listings from UL, FMRC, or NEMA. An electrical floor plan and detailed scope of work document are attached.
Bidders must provide unit pricing for electrical work with delivery timeframe stated in calendar days (default 14 days if not specified). Site visits are encouraged; contact Maintenance Supervisor Robbie Toland at 979-716-8275. All personnel entering the facility must complete an approved background check. Bids must be submitted electronically to norma.ramos@tjjd.texas.gov by June 25, 2026, and must be signed.

Liquidated damages are 2% of total cost per calendar day for schedule failure. Payment will be made within 30 days of receipt or undisputed invoice under the Texas Prompt Payment Act.
