All responses must be submitted through the Euna Procurement system at https://txdot.bonfirehub.com/ and include a completed Bid Table, Execution of Bid, Texas Family Code Schedule, acknowledgment of any addenda, and a Data Sheet Schedule.

This procurement contains no set-asides for disadvantaged enterprises, minority-owned businesses, or women-owned business enterprises, though TxDOT's tie-breaking criteria include preferences for Texas-produced supplies, USA-manufactured items, service-disabled veteran-owned businesses, products with environmental benefits, and goods meeting sustainability standards such as recycled materials and energy efficiency. Respondents must be registered on the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL) with appropriate National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) codes selected for their business category. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in this single-equipment procurement.
