About this opportunity
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality is requesting bids on nine line items of replacement equipment and components for BAM 1022 air monitoring systems under RFB 582-26-15418, with bids due June 11, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. CST and questions due June 5, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. CST.
The scope comprises MetOne or equivalent replacement parts: pump assemblies, pump tubing, digital signal cables, polytetrafluoroethylene and standard filter tape, HEPA in-line filters, O-ring kits, flow sensors, and I/O wiring panels. Quantities range from one unit for tubing to 500 units for filter tape. All equipment must be new, current production, and include a minimum two-year warranty covering parts, labor, and onsite service. Technical support must be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, via telephone and email throughout the warranty period. Delivery is FOB to TCEQ at 12100 Park 35 Circle, Building B, Austin, Texas 78753.
Bidders may claim preferences under 34 TAC Rule 20.38, including delivery time and cash discounts; however, cash discounts are not considered in award determinations. Bids must be submitted on the provided form with unit prices and extensions; unit prices govern over extension errors. All bids must be manually signed by an authorized representative and include an Employer Identification Number and Federal tax identification number. TCEQ reserves the right to award based on low line-item bid, low total, or any combination serving the state's best interest, and may accept or reject any part of any bid. Bids are requested firm for 30 days from opening.
Bidders must certify compliance with Texas procurement statutes, including prohibitions on boycotting Israel, conducting business with sanctioned nations, and using prohibited technologies on state systems. Contact Trenton Davis at 512-239-0356 or Mark Guerrero for specification clarification; submit questions to TCEQebid@tceq.texas.gov.
