About this opportunity

The Nevada Department of Agriculture is requesting bids for a Nitrogen Analyzer, with bids due October 23, 2026. All submissions must be made through NevadaEPro (https://NevadaEPro.com); proposals submitted by physical copy, email, or other methods will not be accepted.

The solicitation does not specify the quantity, technical specifications, or estimated contract value for the analyzer. Vendors must complete the Nevada ePro bid response tabs, including unit costs, discounts, and freight charges; answer any vendor questions; accept terms and conditions (or note exceptions in writing); and upload supporting documentation as required. Questions may be submitted through the Bid Q&A function up to a deadline established in the platform.

Standard Nevada state procurement terms apply. Vendors must provide express warranties including fitness for purpose, merchantability, conformity to specifications, and freedom from patent infringement, with vendors bearing the cost of defense in any infringement litigation and obligated to repurchase goods at original purchase price if the State is enjoined from use. The State retains inspection and acceptance rights within a commercially reasonable timeframe, with risk of loss remaining with the vendor until acceptance and title passage. Pricing is F.O.B. to the delivery address and excludes applicable federal and state taxes unless the State provides a tax exemption certificate. Prices offered are irrevocable for the contract term and any extensions. Payment is made only after delivery and State acceptance, with invoices normally processed within 45 to 60 days of receipt. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, limit scope, waive informalities, conduct clarification discussions, request best and final offers, and make awards on factors beyond price alone. Contractors must comply with federal civil rights protections, environmental statutes, Davis-Bacon Act requirements where applicable, and data security standards, and must obtain advance written approval before publishing any information related to the contract or using State facility representations in marketing materials.
