Vendors must comply with extensive information security requirements, including TX-RAMP certification, HIPAA regulations, and submit detailed accessibility and cybersecurity assessments. The university emphasizes that there is no guaranteed volume of services, and the contract will be awarded based on a comprehensive evaluation of technical capabilities, compliance, and potential service delivery. Proposers must also provide proof of various insurance coverages and adhere to state and federal regulatory requirements.
