About this file

This document is a Quality Metric template from the Department of Purchasing at UT Health San Antonio (University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio) for Neuromonitoring Services, specifically solicitation 745-26-P03. The template requires potential vendors to submit a comprehensive quality management plan as part of their proposal, outlining how they will ensure and measure the quality of project deliverables throughout the contract lifecycle. The document provides a structured table for vendors to detail quality objectives, measurement criteria, performance thresholds, measurement frequency, responsible parties, and corrective action processes.

The Quality Metric is designed to be negotiable to establish an effective working relationship between the university and the awarded vendor. Vendors are expected to complete the table with specific, measurable quality standards tailored to their proposed services, with an example provided showing a server response time objective. The document includes blank signature lines for the proposer to formally submit their quality metric, indicating it is part of a broader procurement process for neuromonitoring services. The template emphasizes a collaborative approach to quality management, allowing for potential adjustments during the vendor selection and contract negotiation phases.
