The scope includes embankment and dike construction (1,500 cubic yards of fill), spillway and borrow excavation, tile investigation and repair (200 linear feet), and installation of a water control structure with associated piping, anti-seep collars, corrugated metal piping in various sizes, trash guards, bedding stone (30 tons), erosion stone (80 tons), and seeding and mulching. Contractors are strongly encouraged to visit the site prior to bidding to assess conditions and verify dimensions.
Project completion is required by October 30, 2026, with work to commence within a reasonable period following the preconstruction conference. A performance bond equal to 100 percent of contract price is required if total cost equals or exceeds $25,000.
