The solicitation record lists Grand County (FIPS 49019) as the jurisdiction, while the scope is the Iron County Area.

Contractors must maintain a minimum average performance score of 60 on the rangeland contract performance evaluation to remain on the Rangeland Pre-Qualification list. Evaluation weights quality of product or service and timeliness of performance most heavily, followed by contract management.

Compliance requirements include anti-boycott certification under UCA 63G-27, certification of non-involvement with forced labor products, FedRAMP or GovRAMP compliance for any products processing state data, and E-Verify for employees in Utah. The state may conduct background checks on vendor personnel with access to secure facilities or sensitive data. Required insurance includes workers' compensation, commercial general liability of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate, and commercial automobile liability of $1 million per occurrence if vehicles are used. Payment is due within thirty days of receipt of a correct invoice, and invoices must carry the purchase order number. Work cannot commence until a fully executed purchase order or contract is received following award notification. Contractor records must be retained for six years after final payment.
