About this opportunity
The State of Utah is soliciting proposals for the NASPO ValuePoint Walk-In Building Supplies master-agreement portfolio under RFP AS26-68, with proposals due September 10, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time. This is a cooperative-purchasing vehicle designed to establish pricing and terms available to multiple state and local government entities across the NASPO ValuePoint membership, with the objective of achieving volume-based best value.
The RFP seeks qualified master-agreement holders to supply walk-in building supplies to participating state agencies, local governments, and other authorized public entities. Award will establish framework agreements under which individual jurisdictions place orders and negotiate final pricing, rather than a single transactional procurement.
Vendors may submit proposals via Utah's procurement portal at https://utah.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/247192 or access solicitation materials through the NASPO ValuePoint website at https://www.naspovaluepoint.org/solicitation-information/.
