The solicitation offers a five percent preference deduction for certified Orange County Local Small Businesses (OCLSB) or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE), with a maximum allowable preference of $100,000. Upon award notification, vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance, a completed W-9 form, a valid DUNS number, and a valid Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number within seven days. No price increases will be permitted during the first contract year, and subsequent increases require documented proof of cost increases with a minimum 30-day advance written notice.
